Terms and conditions:
1) Acceptance of order:
Before accepting a translation order, the translator has access to the corresponding
document.
The translations will be agreed with each new order between the contracting
party and the translation office by email. The translator will receive the texts to translate,
as Word-document. The translation can be delivered in any adequate text document
(Word, TRF, Excel,...).
The order automatically engages the contracting party to agree the present terms
and conditions.
2) Deadlines:
The delivery time for the ordinary works will be of maximum 5 working days after the
day of order, unless the parts did agree another deadline.
3) Urgent translations:
For urgent translations (delivery within 12 hours), the translator has the right to charge
a supplement of 80% .
4) Delivery:
The translated documents will be delivered by email, unless there is an other specific
agreement.
The sworn translations will be handed over in the translation office to the contracting
party or to his representative, in person, unless the parts did agree another place.
On request the translations can be delivered on paper or memory stick.
5) Responsibility:
In no case the translator is responsible for the contents of the translated texts.
6) Confidentiality:
All knowledge and information expressly identified by the contracting party in writing
as confidential which the translator acquires during the term of this agreement will be
maintained in confidentiality by the translator.
