Julia Fischer-Bernard was born in 1973 in Düsseldorf / Germany and growed up in Belgium
and Spain.
After the high school degree, she studied tourism and languages and she came then to Mallorca
where she has now her main residence.
Since 1993 she has worked as a “bridge builder” (translations & specific management) in the sector
of real estate, bank, hospital and insurance.
She has many years of experience in the area of health insurance and personal advising. She worked
at the hospital “Clínica Rotger” in Palma where she was translator and PR for the foreign patients.
In 2003 she started to work as claim manager for different companies.
Since 2007 she is official freelance translator, event manager and insurance agent.
